Food-serving customers

Food-serving customers appreciate the expertise of Metro’s restaurant and catering professionals in finding best suited products for the recipes. Our versatile product selection meets high quality standards and serves with fresh ideas all our customers from high class restaurants to places for quick eating. We are constantly looking for new partners, who share similar values and visions to meet our customers’ expectations also in the future.

Public administration customer

Public administration customers appreciate Metro’s reliable service, product availability and distribution, in which Metro uses the Relex forecast database, among other tools. Placing orders is also quick and easy through public administration’s own information systems.

Retailer customers

Retailer customers get their deliveries by our nationwide distribution network or they can visit their nearest Metro Cash-and-Carry. Metro has the largest Cash-and-Carry network and the outlets serve with product selection that can be tailored according to customers’ needs. Cooperation between our customers, Cash-and-Carries and sales managers is active and diverse campaigns are running constantly.

Electronic invoices, waybills and product information messages

We recommend receiving invoices as electronic or EDI invoices. Electronic invoicing speeds up the processing of invoices, saves money, makes archiving more efficient, and reduces the possibility of errors. You will receive a breakdown of the product groups with the invoice for the desired bookkeeping accounts, making the posting of product lines easier. Electronic invoicing is completely safe, and it is suitable for companies of all sizes.
