A promotional publication for all Metro customers. The Moneen Makuun magazine reaches HoReCa, major trade and retail trade wholesale customers all over Finland, three times a year. The promotions are always valid for 4 months at a time, and new products as well as seasonal products are highlighted.•The Moneen Makuun magazine is mailed to all Metro customers and is available at the Metro Cash-and-Carries throughout the campaign.

The Metro-tukusta (“From Metro”) offer

The Metro-tukusta offer is special offer campaign in which different seasons are given a special emphasis when selecting products for promotion. Special promos for lunch restaurants, service stations and other resellers.

Ruokalista and Juomalista introduce highlights of Metro's seasonal products for restaurant customers. The listings will complete each other.

Metro-tukusta, Ruokalista and Juomalista are published as e-versions in eMetro and delivered via e-mail and as a newsletter to targeted Metro customers. The listings are published six times per year and the offers are valid for 2 months.


Restaurant selection booklet

Restaurant Selection Booklet introduces Metro's diverse product selection listing for Metro's restaurant customers. It is published as e-version in eMetro and delivered to targeted key customers as booklet. Restaurant Selection Booklet is published twice a year and the offers are valid abt 6 months.

eMetro webstore

eMetro webstore provides our customers with an easy-to-use, up-to-date channel for ordering, doing business and information. The eMetro webstore is open to all, and you need to be logged in only to place an order and to see prices, availability and products requiring a license.

On every product category's front page, we have reserved 9 advertising slots for our partners to advertise their brands and products. The categories are: fresh produce, fruit and vegetables, processed products, frozen foods, beverages and non-food products. On eMetro's front page we can offer the first bulletin place for our partners, 2 times per month.

Special price lists

The special price lists are Ice Cream Summer and Christmas Sweets. The price lists reach all Metro customers.

The special catalogues are Special Beers & Ciders and Käyttötavarakuvasto (non food catalogue). The catalogues are delivered to targeted Metro customers.

Audio advertising for Metro Cash-and-Carries

The audio advertising for Metro Cash-and-Carry outlets is a very versatile method to advertise and provide information about the products to the customers. An audio advertisement reaches customers at the Cash-and-Carry outlets, on the spot, at the time of purchase. Audio advertisements can also be customized to be outlet-specific if needed.

Tarmo cooperation

The Tarmo Lähikauppias chain of convenience stores is an essential part of the Finnish village shop culture, one that we are determined to develop and drive forward. The Tarmo stores are located in villages, mobile stores and in cities' population centres. In the autumn of 2016, there were abt 100 Tarmo stores in Finland.

For the monthly promotion, price posters (50x70) and A4-sized price tags will be made for the highlighted products. Price tags will be made for all of the products (A6, labels). The products will also appear on the Tarmo website. In addition to this, advertising material about the monthly promotion will be produced for a direct mail newsletter. The shopkeepers will handle the printing of the newsletter themselves.

Promos are negotiated as separate negotiations and investments closer to the implementation date. The promo is a promotional product and decoration package. In 2017, four promotional packages will be produced for the Tarmo convenience stores: winter, summer, autumn and Christmas. In addition to product advertising, the promotional packages contain various other material, e.g. material for store competitions.
