Preparation instructions (Fin) Ota lihat huoneenlämpöön ½ tuntia ennen kypsennystä. Esikypsennä lihoja 175 °C:ssa uunissa n. 40 minuuttia ja paista vielä grillissä kunnes pinta on rapea. Mikäli valmistat tuotteen kokonaan uunissa, kypsennysaika on n. 50 minuuttia, kunnes lihan sisälämpötila on +75 °C. Mausta haluamallasi tavalla. 
Preparation instructions (Swe) Ta ut köttet i rumstemperatur ½ timme före tillagningen. Förstek köttet i 175 °C i ugnen i ca 40 minuter och grilla tills ytan på köttet är krispig. Om du tillreder produkten endast i ugnen, ska du steka i ca 50 minuter tills innertemperaturen är +75 °C. Smaksätt som du vill..
